Living in the low country has been a life changing experience. My diet has shifted towards more seafood type meals and you may hear a "ya'll" slip from time to time. The one thing that has not changed is my love for a good festival. Wisconsin would be proud to know that Hilton Head Island indeed has a number of festivals, that fail in comparison to that of a Summerfest or Festa Italiana; but when it is crab and oyster season, you wouldn't want to miss out on the monthly Oyster Roast!
